Raising Our Vibrations

Most individuals in our society still have no idea how important their energetic vibrations are. But individuals with relatively low energetic vibrations tend to be anxious, depressed or even aggressive, whereas those with relatively high vibrations tend to be much calmer, happier and fulfilled. So on all our courses we place a very strong emphasis on practices that lift us up in terms of raising our energetic vibrations. Doing this will increase our overall well-being immeasurably, and even begin to attract wonderful new events and people into our lives.

Healing Our Negative Emotions

Collectively, we are still a very angry and fearful race. Even if we are highly intelligent and well educated, our negative emotions can play havoc with us. We can all drown in the stormy seas of our volatile emotions. But as you breathe and move gently through the Infinite Tai Chi form or a Chi Kung or Chi Yoga sequence, you can rise above your stormy emotions, at least for a while.
