During this light-hearted week you will learn some simple, but highly effective, Infinite Tai Chi and Infinite Chi Kung moves that will raise your vitality and bring your whole being into perfect harmony.
Jason will guide you to cultivate "Chi" or the universal life force that sustains all life. He will also lead you in meditation to enable you to connect to pure love and light. His core aim is to assist you to live radiantly and successfully through all of life's many challenges. By the end of the week, you wll have experienced for yourself the joy of living radiantly; filled with sunshine energy, inner strength, peace and love.
