Retreats

Based on over twelve years of running retreats worldwide, we have observed that each participant always receives the highest possible personal healing, new spiritual insights and great inspiration from the teachings, transmission of spiritual light and group energy that is generated during each retreat. The love and support that builds up as the retreat progresses just has to be experienced to be believed. Each retreat becomes a truly transformational experience for for all; teachers and students alike. Whilst some participants may well find that their personal lives and circumstances improve significantly after experiencing a retreat, Jason’s primary inspiration and intention is to assist those genuine spiritual seekers whose aim it is to awaken this lifetime. All of his retreats and spiritual holidays are designed to liberate individuals from the trappings of physical existence and to reawaken them to their soul’s purpose this lifetime. Each retreat will unfold in a unique way based on the particular needs, interests and abilities of each group of participants. However, all our retreats follow a similar broad pattern. Each day will include holistic exercise – warm ups, Infinite Tai Chi, Infinite Chi Kung and/or Infinite Chi Yoga, a spiritual talk for both advanced and newer spiritual seekers and an inspiring and healing meditation session. Participants will have plenty of free time for relaxation, walking, resting, and contemplation. All retreats sponsored by the Light Foundation are completely non-alcoholic. Single people and couples are equally welcome. A very safe and warm environment will be created to nurture each and every one on retreat. Photographs taken during retreats may appear on this website.
