Of all the self-help or mind/body/spirit books currently on the market, this little gem really shines out. In some ways it is like an advanced guide-book for those serious about pursuing the path to internal peace and happiness. I tend to judge the quality of a book by my inability to put it down and this didn't dissappoint. There is a lot of practical wisdom in it, as it presents the promises as well as the perils of the spiritual path in an insightful and uncompromising fashion.
